Please take the pasta of the menu.
We had 2 of the 3 that you offer and both were the worst we have ever had.
You did not even try to ‘alla’ the carbonara. No pancetta, sourcream instead of egg or a heavy cream (to fulfil the ‘alla’ in order to make cooling easier) and last but not least; not a single crumb of parmesan.
It seems your pizza is okay looking at other reviews. Please just take pasta from the menu if you are not willing to even try to replicate a true carbonara.

Restaurant with a very good atmosphere and a very friendly team! We had two salads (salmon, egg & goat cheese) which were very good and well presented. If I have the opportunity to eat in Pontivy again, I will definitely go back!
